PRODUCT DESCRIPTION Himalayan Pink Salt is a natural salt that was formed over 250 million years ago from a prehistoric ocean. Shifting tectonic plates during the eons have locked this amazing resource into the base of the Himalayan mountain range. Protected by layers of lava, ice and snow, it has stayed pure for millions of years, free from pollution. The salt contains the same 84 trace elements and minerals that are essential to the human body and these include calcium, magnesium and potassium. The attractive pink colour comes from the iron content. Refunds
