A rich & smoky Spanish style blend that delivers deep colour and warmth to your sausages.
So simple to use!
Instructions:
- Add 500g mix to 4kg minced meat or alternative
- Gradually add 500ml cold water - use less or more if needed
- Fill into natural, collagen or vegetarian casings using a machine \u2013 or shape into sausage patties.
- Cook as preferred - grill, BBQ, pan fry, oven or air fryer!
Top Tips:
- For enhanced flavour, leave the sausages in the fridge overnight to allow the herbs and spices to marinate with the meat.
- The softer the mixture, the better the appearance and texture of the sausages.
- When filling, use a little vegetable oil on your hands for easy handling.
- Don\u2019t overfill the casings \u2013 the meat will expand during cooking.

Returns

Refunds

If you used your PayPal balance or bank account to fund the original payment, the refunded money will go back to your PayPal account balance. If you used a credit or debit card to fund the original payment, the refunded money will go back to your card. The seller will effect the refund within three working days but it may take up to 30 days for Paypal to process the transfer. For payments funded partially by a card and partially by your balance/bank, the money taken from your card will go back to your card and the remainder will return to your PayPal balance.
