Boil fresh water. Do not use artificially softened or repeatedly boiled water. Allow boiled water to cool for no more than half an hour, then measure the required amount of water (refer to feeding guide) into a sterilised bottle. Using the scoop provided, lightly fill with powder and level off with the built-in store leveller. Always add one level scoop of powder for each 30ml of water. Place the sterilised teat and cap on the bottle and shake well until powder is fully dissolved. Refunds
