The K-Rend HP14 Base Coat 25kg is a high-performance solution designed for superior adhesion and strength across a variety of insulating substrates, including polystyrene, phenolic boards, and mineral wool. Engineered with advanced High Polymer technology, this base coat delivers enhanced flexibility, providing a solid foundation for thin coat organic resin renders like Silicone TC. Ideal for both residential and commercial applications, HP14 can be hand or machine applied, making it versatile for different project needs. To further improve durability and minimise the risk of cracks, it's recommended to use Alkali Resistant Reinforcing Mesh at stress points such as window and door reveals. For an even, uniform surface, the product can be applied using a straight edge or Darby. With a thickness of 4-6mm on insulation substrates, the HP14 Base Coat ensures excellent coverage, with a rate of approximately 8-11kg per square metre. Fully compliant with BS EN 998-1, the HP14 Base Coat boasts a compressive strength of CS IV and a water absorption rating of W2, offering long-lasting protection against the elements. Additionally, its thermal conductivity value of 0.46 P=50% makes it an ideal component of energy-efficient render systems.

Refunds
Sellers have to offer a refund for certain items only if they are faulty, such as: Personalised items and custom-made items, Perishable items, Newspapers and magazines, Unwrapped CDs DVDs and computer software. If you used your PayPal balance or bank account to fund the original payment, the refunded money will go back to your PayPal account balance. If you used a credit or debit card to fund the original payment, the refunded money will go back to your card. The seller will effect the refund within three working days but it may take up to 30 days for Paypal to process the transfer. For payments funded partially by a card and partially by your balance/bank, the money taken from your card will go back to your card and the remainder will return to your PayPal balance.
