Hormonal Balance at Multiple LevelsWhen oestrogen levels fluctuate, it disrupts monthly cycles and the brain chemicals that control how you feel, causing mood swings, irritability and feeling unlike yourself. Calmer Mood & Less Stress ReactivityClinical studies on KSM-66® ashwagandha show reductions in stress and cortisol levels, alongside improved mood. Maca has also been studied in menopausal women, with evidence suggesting support for anxiety and low mood. Underpinned by vitamin B6, the can smooth out mood swings and reduce that “on edge” feeling. Improved Sleep QualityAshwagandha has been shown in trials to improve sleep quality and reduce the time it takes to fall asleep. By calming the nervous system and lowering stress signals, it supports deeper, more consistent rest, especially useful during menopause when sleep often becomes disrupted. Targeted Support for Hormonal SymptomsStarflower oil is rich in GLA, a fatty acid involved in producing anti-inflammatory compounds in the body. This is why many women use it for hormone-related symptoms such as sore breasts, dry or reactive skin, and breakouts. It works alongside vitamin B6 to help reduce the intensity of these changes. Energy & Reduced FatigueMaca contains unique compounds linked to energy metabolism and stamina. It’s widely used to support physical and mental energy without acting as a stimulant. Vitamin B6 also contributes to energy production, helping reduce tiredness and keep you functioning at your best. Libido & VitalityStudies on maca show improvements in sexual desire in menopausal women, even without changing hormone levels. Ashwagandha adds further support by reducing stress and improving overall vitality, helping you feel more like yourself again. Clearer Thinking & FocusAshwagandha has been linked to improvements in memory, focus, and mental clarity, particularly under stress. Maca’s antioxidant properties may also support brain function, helping with common symptoms like brain fog. Consistent Daily SupportTaken every day, this combination builds support over time. It targets the root drivers of menopausal symptoms, helping you feel more balanced, energised, and in control as your body adjusts.
