White Heather 15 Year Old Blended Scotch Whisky – 46% Abv, Unchillfiltered, Sherry & Px Finish
White Heather 15 Year Old is a blended Scotch whisky crafted by master blender Billy Walker. This expression features a precise blend of malt whiskies sourced from the Speyside, Islay, and Highland regions, integrated with high-quality grain whisky. The production process involves initial maturation in a combination of ex-bourbon barrels, hogsheads, and Spanish sherry butts. To achieve its final flavour profile, the blend undergoes a secondary maturation period, being reracked into a selection of Pedro Ximenez sherry, Oloroso sherry, and American virgin oak casks. This complex cask finishing regimen contributes to the layered character of the whisky, which is bottled at 46% ABV.
