This100% natural, Pre-Shampoo Scalp Scrub from Awake Organics invigorates hair roots, exfoliates and prepares your scalp for optimal hair growth. A non-foaming scalp treatment, free from sulphates and silicones, it stimulates the scalp, softens hair, helps to dissolve scalp build-up and reduces flakes/itchiness. Fortified with root-stimulating Hibiscus flowers, organic Coconut and Castor seed oil and scented with energising organic Peppermint oil. For use pre-shampoo 2-3 times per week 100% Natural Biodegradable Free from free from sulphates (SLS), silicones, DMDM, alcohol, petroleum derivatives, synthetic dyes and perfumes, propylene glycol, paraffin, mineral oil Vegan Plastic Free Certified Cruelty Free Made in England 100% Natural colour from Hibiscus flowers and may vary from batch-to-batch. How to use: Wet your hair thoroughly, and squeeze out excess water.Scoop up a dollop (around 1 Tbsp) of scrub into your palm.Squash it very well in your palm to soften and make it easier to apply. If the product is cold, it will be firm and need a few seconds in your hands to warm up and become spreadable.Gently massage onto your scalp, using a back-and-forth motion with your fingertips for 2 minutes. You may find it easier to flip your head over to get to the back if you have long/thick hair.Rinse with warm water and follow with shampoo and conditioner.

Returns

Refunds

Sellers have to offer a refund for certain items only if they are faulty, such as: Personalised items and custom-made items, Perishable items, Newspapers and magazines, Unwrapped CDs DVDs and computer software. If you used your PayPal balance or bank account to fund the original payment, the refunded money will go back to your PayPal account balance. If you used a credit or debit card to fund the original payment, the refunded money will go back to your card. The seller will effect the refund within three working days but it may take up to 30 days for Paypal to process the transfer. For payments funded partially by a card and partially by your balance/bank, the money taken from your card will go back to your card and the remainder will return to your PayPal balance.
