Product Description

A three-part hand mill that grinds, sifts, and collects in one go. You load the top chamber, turn the handle, and the mesh filter in the middle lets only the fine powder through to a funnel that gathers it neatly in the base — so you're not scraping ground material off a flat surface or losing half of it. It comes with a glass bottle to store what you've ground. How it works The grinder is built in three stacked parts. The top section holds the material and houses the grinding mechanism, operated by a top-mounted handle so it's all hand-powered — no batteries, nothing to charge. Below that sits a mesh filter that sifts the ground material, allowing only the finer powder through. The bottom funnel channels that powder into the collection base, which keeps the whole process tidy. Build and what's included The body is aluminium — non-toxic, corrosion-resistant, and solid enough to hold up to regular use. The kit includes the grinder with its built-in funnel and a glass storage bottle for keeping your ground powder. The glass bottle, for what it's worth, has been the part customers rate most highly. What it's good for — and what it isn't It's designed for fine powder grinding of dried herbs, spices, and botanicals — culinary use, aromatherapy, herbal preparations. The precision mechanism is built for that, which also means it's not the tool for seeds or large, fibrous, chunky material; those will jam it rather than grind cleanly. One honest note from customer feedback: with finely-ground material, some powder can stay caught in the chamber. Giving the unit a few firm taps on the work surface after grinding shifts most of it down into the collection base, and cleaning the mesh periodically keeps the flow consistent. It's a minor habit rather than a fault, but worth knowing up front. Getting the most out of it Don't run it empty — grinding with nothing inside causes metal-on-metal friction that wears the mechanism over time. Clean the mesh filter and funnel periodically so fine residue doesn't build up and slow the sift. Stick to material suited to fine grinding and it'll keep doing the job for a long time.
