The model was released in a collection prepared on the occasion of the 80th anniversary of the Allied landing in Normandy and is marked with the official logo of the organizers of the anniversary celebrations.The WACO CG-4 was used by Allied forces to transport troops, supplies and equipment to battlefields. The glider could carry up to 13 soldiers or an equivalent load of combat equipment (Willys MB car). Its construction was based on a wooden and metal frame covered with canvas. The glider had distinctive wings with a span of about 83 feet (about 25 metres) and was towed by cargo planes such as the C-47 Dakota. It played its role in key battles such as Operation Market Garden and the invasion of Normandy, enabling the rapid and effective movement of troops into enemy territory. Refunds
Sellers have to offer a refund for certain items only if they are faulty, such as: Personalised items and custom-made items, Perishable items, Newspapers and magazines, Unwrapped CDs DVDs and computer software. If you used your PayPal balance or bank account to fund the original payment, the refunded money will go back to your PayPal account balance. If you used a credit or debit card to fund the original payment, the refunded money will go back to your card. The seller will effect the refund within three working days but it may take up to 30 days for Paypal to process the transfer. For payments funded partially by a card and partially by your balance/bank, the money taken from your card will go back to your card and the remainder will return to your PayPal balance.
