The Chew Stixx® product was initially designed to be a stand alone oral motor device. Shortly after its introduction to the market place in early 2008, the Chew Stixx® product evolved into one of the most versatile sensory integration products ever developed. Being pocket sized, the Chew Stixx Junior Chocolate Flavored is easily transportable, and can be used at school,hospital appointments, or almost any place where the uncontrollable need for sensory input or oral grinding may arise. The multiple textures of this product are excellent when used as a sensory hand fidget, and its resistance to pressure makes it one of the strongest and most durable oral motor devices on the market today. Chew Stixx® colouring and materials are completely FDA approved, free of BP and Phathalate additives, and all construction occurs in the United States. Each product is individually packaged in a heat sealed food grade poly bag. Sensory Chews are not a toy and whilst they are durable, they are not indestructible. Wear and tear can be expected depending on the oral needs of the user and how heavily the product is chewed. Use under direct supervision at all times and replace the chew if signs of wear and tear are evident. How long they last may depend on the oral sensory needs of the child as well as other variables. No chew tool is indestructible. Some individuals (particularly those with heavy oral needs and aggressive biting/chewing) may be able to damage the tools. Please supervise at all times and replace if necessary when the item shows signs of wear and tear. Always pick a sensory chew that is suitable for your children's needs. We suggest you seek guidance from an occupational therapist on selecting the right chew. Once damaged, Sensory Chews should be discarded and replaced.

Returns

Sellers can provide a return postage address and additional return postage information for the buyer. Sellers pay for return postage if there's a problem with the item. For example, if the item doesn't match the listing description, is damaged or defective or is counterfeit. By law, customers in the European Union also have the right to cancel the purchase of an item within 14 days beginning from the day you receive, or a third party indicated by you (other than the carrier) receives, the last good ordered by you (if delivered separately). This applies to all products except for digital items (e.g. Digital Music) that are provided immediately to you with your acknowledgement, and other items such as video, DVD, audio, video games, Sex and Sensuality products and software products where the item has been unsealed.
Refunds
Sellers have to offer a refund for certain items only if they are faulty, such as: Personalised items and custom-made items, Perishable items, Newspapers and magazines, Unwrapped CDs DVDs and computer software. If you used your PayPal balance or bank account to fund the original payment, the refunded money will go back to your PayPal account balance. If you used a credit or debit card to fund the original payment, the refunded money will go back to your card. The seller will effect the refund within three working days but it may take up to 30 days for Paypal to process the transfer. For payments funded partially by a card and partially by your balance/bank, the money taken from your card will go back to your card and the remainder will return to your PayPal balance.
